Distinguishing Features of Defined Contribution Governance

On an initial review, you may believe that Governance of a Defined Benefit (DB) arrangement and a Defined Contribution (DC) arrangement are very similar.

Both should aim to ensure that events happen at the right time in the right way following an objective being identified.  However, on further review, DC Governance is quite different with a different set of skills and thinking being required to complete a good DC Governance review.
