Since establishing an office in Leeds in 2009, we have been very successful in growing our client base in the North of England. We have done this through building our relationships with other professional organisations, although we have also built a good quality database of prospective clients.
There has been considerable growth in pension schemes appointing professional trustees. Through our activities, we have developed an excellent understanding of the principle drivers of this growth and have benefited accordingly.
We are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to continue to drive our growth in the North. Whilst the successful candidate will be able to develop our contacts in the region, they will also be expected to have their own network of professional and other contacts that they will develop to acquire new business.
Candidates must have a demonstrable track record of business development in the pensions industry. If this has been with a professional trustee firm that would be an advantage.
